This 2,100 sq ft waterfront home sits on a wide canal in Cape Coral with direct Gulf access. The screened-in heated pool opens right off the master bedroom. The game room has a full bar, pool table, and shuffleboard. And the kitchen island is big enough for everyone to crowd around with a glass of wine.

Bring your bikes -- Cape Coral has over 90 miles of bike lanes and paths, and the house is right next to the Veterans Parkway Path. Fish in the Gulf in under 30 minutes from the private dock.
